I have always been an avid learner. That is one of the secrets to my success. Attending Harvard Business School has always been on my bucket list of things I would love to do!
In December, I received a notification that I had been accepted into the Leading Business and Personal Transitions program at Harvard Business School. The program gave us a unique opportunity to explore and enhance our professional capabilities and personal goals.

As a member of Women President’s Organization (WPO), I was able to take advantage of this opportunity. WPO is a group for female entrepreneurs whose businesses are doing revenue of one million or more. I attended the program with 70 other entrepreneurs from four different countries and industries.
When you enter a school such as Harvard, imposter syndrome will want to creep in. However, you have to remind yourself that you are not there by accident. To spend a week to work on my business and connect with other entrepreneurs was just what I needed.
We had to prepare prior to arriving at Harvard Business School by reading case studies, and writing about why we should be chosen to be on a board. This was the start of the introspection. Most importantly, you had to come prepared to share your ideas after reading the cases.
